Please note that a garage is included in the price until the end of December 2025. Flat located on the 7th floor and with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed). Furthermore, there is a classically furnished living room (sofa bed for 2 persons), frontal sea view, an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. This cosy residence, with 1 flat per floor, is located in the full centre close to all shops, tea-rooms, restaurants and leisure facilities. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
