Soak in our gorgeous outdoors cedar hot tub, hike the 16 private acres behind the house, take a walk down the dirt road, or visit the towns of Franklin, Delhi, Oneonta, or Hamden, which boast adorable coffee shops, excellent restaurant and world class thrifting. Hikes, swimming holes, and other wonders abound in the best kept secret of the Western Catskills.
We can also offer a 24' Yurt on the property available as an add-on to your stay! The Yurt has electricity but no plumbing (has a compost toilet and electric kettle, etc.) and functions as a guest house or can be used as a yoga studio, rehearsal space, or whatever you dream up.

We had a lovely stay! The location is great if you want to get away from everything. We loved the cedar hot tub- so relaxing! The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Very comfy mattresses as well. My husband enjoyed the record collection - the house has a lot of character! Plenty of books and space to read. Lots of nice hiking and exploring in the area. We hope to return!

Gorgeous cabin, perfect setting. We loved our stay! The owner provided everything right down to bathrobes for traveling out to the cedar hot tub.

The best place to relax and stay after watching some great baseball at Cooperstown ASV. The hot tub was lovely and the forest background at night was incredible. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable and we enjoyed the records and record player! Accommodating hosts and super responsive to questions. We will absolutely be back.
