Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this stylish, newly built (completed in 2020) vacation rental.
The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area. The beach is just a few steps away, and all the amenities of downtown are right at your doorstep. This modern and cozy ground-floor vacation rental accommodates up to 6 people. The spacious and sun-drenched living area features a cozy sofa corner (sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, and a cozy wood-burning stove. Enjoy the Wangerooge sunshine in your own large garden with two separate terraces, which invites you to relax and play. The separate, luxurious kitchen is fully equipped and features a large dining table that seats 6 people.
From the living room, you can access two bedrooms with comfortable double box-spring beds and flat-screen TVs. Additionally, the apartment features a full, modern bathroom, as well as a storage room with a washer and dryer. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking vacation rental.

In der FeWo fühlt man sich sowohl bei schlechtem als auch bei gutem Wetter wohl. Sauber, gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße.
Leider konnten wir eine (von 4) Terrassentüren nicht öffnen, weil der passende Schlüssel nicht auffindbar war. Die Betreuerinnen von IMMO-OOG haben sich jedoch sehr bemüht.
Wir hätten die Wohnung für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht, doch leider ist sie in unserem Wunsch-Zeitraum schon belegt.

Ich habe mich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt und das sage ich sehr selten.
Wer es gerne schick und modern hat, sollte sich dort direkt 14 Tage einbuchen ;)

Liebes Immo-Oog Team,
Gerne sende ich Ihnen eine Bewertung. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und die Wohnung ist ganz toll, sehr hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet.
Ein paar Dinge sind uns dennoch aufgefallen in Bezug auf die Ausstattung der Küche. Aus meiner Sicht fehlte einiges:
Salzstreuer; eine WMF Salzmühle macht keinen Sinn;
Untersetzer für Töpfe/Pfannen ;wenn sie auf den Holztisch gestellt werden, um den Tisch zu schonen;
Topflappen
Sets;der Tisch ist Vollholz - Sets würden ihn auf die Dauer vor Flecken schützen;
Pfanne (es ist nur eine kleine Pfanne in der Wohnung - wenn Familien kochen ist immer eine große nötig)
Sieb (zum Abgießen von Nudeln, etc.)
Das hat uns tatsächlich gefehlt.
Ansonsten alles prima - wir überlegen, ob wir nächsten Herbst wiederkommen.
