In our vacation rental with a sunny balcony in the “Haus am alten Leuchtturm” on Wangerooge, you can look forward to a truly relaxing vacation! Bright rooms and cozy furnishings give the apartment a warm atmosphere and make it the perfect place to unwind!
The vacation rental features a living area with a sofa nook and dining area, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
On the furnished west-facing balcony, you can enjoy wonderfully sunny afternoons! From here, you’ll have a beautiful view of Wangerooge’s western shore and lighthouse!
The separate bedroom in the vacation rental features a wide bed (1.40 m) and a single bed. The double sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space.
We’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair (for a fee of €15 each).
A vacation on Wangerooge means wonderful days spent swimming at the beach, long bike rides, and cozy breaks in cafés with ocean views! We look forward to welcoming you as our guest at “Haus am alten Leuchtturm”!

The “Haus am alten Leuchtturm” is located in the center of Wangerooge, just about three minutes from Zedeliusstraße—the main shopping and strolling street. Small shops as well as cozy cafés and restaurants await you here. From the famous Café Pudding, you can step right out onto the lively beach promenade. For a relaxing day at the beach, all you have to do is pack your beach bag and go! After about a six-minute walk, you’ll reach Wangerooge’s beautiful main beach.
Despite its very central location, this vacation home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s right next to the Old Lighthouse, which houses the island museum, among other attractions. Many interesting exhibits here will take you on a journey through Wangerooge’s history. You can also easily take family outings from your vacation rental, such as to the National Park Center and the “Oase” water park.

Das Schlafzimmer wäre mit Hochbett weniger beengt. Die Bettdecken waren sehr alt. Unter Sofa und Betten leider staubig.
Küche und Wohnzimmer waren voll in Ordnung.

FeWo befindet sich 20m von der Zedeliusstr. entfernt. Zwischen Bahnhof und Bäcker. Vermittlungsagentur ist ca. 100m entfernt. Zum Strand sind es 700m die Zedeliusstr. gerade hoch. FeWo besitzt alles was man haben möchte, vom Fernseher über Westbalkon (herrlich zum Sonnen) bis zum Geschirrspüler. Leider kein WLAN. Dafür muss man im Ort in diverse Bars. Dort funktioniert es aber sehr gut.
FeWo hat schönes Wohnzimmer und ein separates Schlafzimmer. Küche ist auch extra mit Vollausstattung.
Handtücher und Bettbezüge (1 x Bett 140m breit und 1 x Bett 80cm breit) wurden gestellt. Mit der Agentur alles unkompliziert und habe auch erklärt bekommen, wo ich hin muss und welche Wohnung es genau ist. Wohnung war blitz-blank sauber und alles mit Erklärungen beschriftet.
Rundherum eine schöne Urlaubswoche ohne Stress.
Wohnung kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
