LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!
You will not find anywhere more convenient- no need to bring a car! The Town Plaza situated right on the Village stroll features a front desk, ski lockers, bike storage and secure parking. A hot tub is located in the lobby of the building.

Enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment at your doorstep. A short walk to both mountain gondolas as well as the Whistler Conference Center makes the Town Plaza an ideal location for all travelers.

Walk into your Whistler Village oasis! After a long day on the slopes, browsing the shops, and eating ALL the delicious neighborhood food; come and put your feet up by the fireplace and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa with your significant other or your small family. This unit has been recently updated (Fall 2023) with all the comforts of home. Enjoy comfortable beds, brand-new kitchen appliances, updated bathrooms and more. With 3 televisions (one in each BR and one in the living room) the entire family can be entertained after a long day exploring the mountain.

This unit is a 2-bedroom - King and 2 Twin beds plus a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps 6 people comfortably.

Equipped with a FULL kitchen, 2 bathroom, WIFI, TV, and Netflix (must sign into your own accounts) ; you`ll never want to leave.

GUEST COMFORT
Enjoy the fireplace, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, and basic cooking spices provided. Plush bath towels and soft sheets are a must for our guests. Enjoy luxury and convenience when you stay with us!

PARKING
We have a secure underground parking lot. Park in any unreserved stall in the underground for FREE. The additional vehicle is $20 a night for each vehicle. You will just need to register your vehicle with the front desk and obtain access to the parking garage. Also located in the underground secured parking lot at Whistler Town Plaza, Bear Lodge, there is Free charging for guests of Town Plaza. Two chargers are available one Tesla Destination, and one J1772.

LAUNDRY
In-suite washer/dryer at your convenience.

CHECK-IN
Check-in through the Deer Lodge (Whistler Town Plaza) located at 4314 Main St. The front desk operates daily from 9 am – 10 pm. If you need to check in after hours, call the front desk phone number provided in your check-in email and they will come to check you in within 15 minutes. You are welcome to park in the 15-minute free hotel check-in parking spot on Main Street while you get checked in.

HOT TUB
The hot tub is OPEN for guests` use from 10 am-10 pm.

Guests have access to the Hot Tub, Gym, and all communal areas. You also have your own private patio.

We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.

What can we say about Whistler Village. It`s where everything happens in Whistler. The gondolas, the restaurants, the apres-ski, the nightlife... the list goes on... it is truly the magic of Whistler!! The `village` is what it is all about.

You can walk anywhere you need to go (including the ski lifts!). There is no need for a car, but park underground with us for your stay if required. Taxi loop and Bus transit are just a 5 minute walk away and can take you anywhere you would like to go. There is also a free shuttle available on specific routes

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Additional visitor parking in the building and Bike storage is first come first served and not guaranteed.

There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a `Noiseaware`. It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.

There may be noise in the evening coming from the bar `Garfinkles` across the street. This unit is RIGHT in the Village which allows for amazing convenience, but we want our guests to know about this before booking.

This entire property is NON SMOKING.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Coffee and tea are conveniently provided for the first morning. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.

**Please note the following updates regarding the Fitness Room and Hot Tub during the summer of 2025:

Fitness Room: Closed from April 7th until completion (likely mid-September 2025).

Hot Tub & Changing Rooms: Closed from April 22nd until completion (expected to reopen by mid-September 2025, though the exact date is not yet confirmed).

Eagle Lodge Construction: Demolition work will begin April 22nd, and construction noise may be heard during approved contractor hours throughout the summer.

While signage will be posted for your convenience, we want to make sure you`re fully aware of these temporary changes before booking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding as Strata works to improve the property.

If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
