We booked this house for us and two of our adult children with their spouses, ages 35 to 77. The location was great and the host was wonderful. He replied promptly to all of our questions and requests as well as offered many suggestions before and during the trip of things to do and places to go.
Having one bedroom with private bathroom on the 1st floor was great for my husband and me while the others stayed in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, each with their own bathrooms as well.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, etc. and the refrigerator was a large one providing lots of space for many different choices of canned/bottle drinks and food.
The golf cart held 6 people and was fun to use - there was a couple of things needing to be fixed which the landlord was going to take care of upon our leaving (we didn't need it done immediately and asked him to wait).
We would definitely look to booking this house again if we return to this area of Florida!

The house was great with the exception of the water in the upstairs shower being connected backwards. You could turn it on barely and it would get warm with very little water pressure. If you turned the water to get more pressure it got cold as you were adding cold water. I find it hard to believe that other renters had not complained about this. We survived but it was not pleasant for my friends. Stan tried to get a plumber but the afternoon they were scheduled to come we had dinner reservations and couldn’t risk not having water for showers. Stan was very responsive when I called. The downstairs shower needed a hose replaced and it was taken care of quickly.
Having the golf cart was a huge help for our group as one of them has mobility issues.
I would stay there again if assured the water issue had been resolved.
The chair guys Austin and Tyler were great. Miramar has become my favorite vacation spot.

Stan is an excellent host. The check-in process was seamless and he was very thorough in his communication. The welcome basket was a nice touch. The home itself was clean and spacious for my family of nine to move about with plenty of space. The golf cart was a pleasant surprise that was added after we booked. The home is literally minutes from the beach (a five min walk). I would stay here again.
