About this house rental
Newer house in gated beach community, private backyard pool. Split bdrm design with 3 king bdrms + 4th bdrm with XL Twin over Queen bunkbed + trundle that will sleep 4 children (or 2 adults plus 2 children).
Why stay in a cramped condo and share a pool with strangers when you can have the privacy and convenience of your own home & pool. All 4 bdrms have TV & full length mirrors. King bdrms & living room have ceiling fans. Attached Garage to unload luggage and groceries, instead of climbing stairs or riding elevators. Gas grill on pool patio for grilling at home if you don't want to go out for dinner.
Fully equipped kitchen with Granite and Stainless, optional convection oven, French door fridge with 2 ice makers!
Separate utility room with full size W/D, Keyless Entry with your own personal code, garage with keypad so everyone can come and go without keys. For children's safety, house has pool alarm on back door + extra deadbolt up high. SimplySafe alarm on front door for your optional use. 2 sets of garage door openers & community gate remotes are provided.
Pool can be heated for a fee of $275/week, usually needed early Spring and late Fall. Please note: Pool heater will not work when temps get below 40 degrees.
House is approximately 500 yards from beach. Complimentary seasonal Beach Service provided (March thru Oct) on our private beach (Seashells Beach). You can walk to our private beach or drive 0.3 mile east to free beach parking by Pompano Joe's & the beach restrooms. Close to everything in Destin: Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, Grand Boulevard, Harborwalk, restaurants & Marina.

Nice house in a quiet community. Very clean and plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved the pool and appreciated the little details like extra lounge chairs and umbrellas to use on the patio. Excellent communication from the owners as well. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back again.

First time at this property, the house was wonderful, the pool was amazing. The beach is farther than we expected, to walk to. There is beautiful palm trees, bushes and other plants in back near the pool and patio so towards evening the bugs were really bad, we all gotten ate up by mosquitoes and a little nat looking bug. Needed a lot of bug spray.

Extremely nice home with plenty of room for 10.The backyard was amazing and the pool cannot be beat. The pool is a perfect size with shade in the corner. A great spot to grill and hang out after a day at the beach.The beach is a bit of a walk but really not bad at all.I bighly recommend this house for a family vacation.

Are stay at this home was very welcoming, the home was fully ready to live in. It was very clean, it was exactly how the description described it. It was great to have a pool, it was clean and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend this property. Me and my family had an awesome stay at this home. Sherry was very attentive, and kept in touch, and responded to my messages. The neighborhood is clean, and felt very safe. Having access to the beach was a big benefit. I would definitely stay here again.
