La Paz (Peace) is the name of this exclusive private villa located on a hill top, offering stunning panoramic views over the Mediterranean ocean, the mountains and the city of Fuengirola.
The perfect location, the high quality facilities and the mix of the typical Spanish and modern, Nordic style in outstanding quality make this villa unique!
It is situated in the very prestigious and tranquil area of Alqueria In Mijas, though only 10 minutes’ drive from all amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops, the beautiful Mijas Pueblo, Fuengirola beach and promenade and the city center of Fuengirola.
The villa consists of 2 levels:
First level: A spacious and bright hall with the ceiling almost 10 meters above with the majestic chandelier will welcome you to the house leading you to a large patio with water basins and fountains surrounded by citrus trees on one side and an open lounge and dining area as well as a very large open kitchen on the other.
From the lounge with the large comfortable sofas, a cozy fireplace, TV and the wide floor to ceiling sliding doors, you have access to the spacious, beautiful, covered, sea-faced terrace, the lovely garden and an eye shaped, infinity pool on the edge of the mountain top.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all modern appliances such as hob, electric oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave, blender etc.
In the north wing, you will find 3 spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 3 large bathrooms.
Second level: This level consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and floor to ceiling glass doors with access to the large south east facing terrace with breathtaking panoramic sea and mountain views.
No matter where you are, the beautiful views will follow you and you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from different places in and around the villa.
The entire house is furnished with comfortable quality furniture. On the terrace you find a comfortable high quality sofa group, large round dining table and of course a BBQ so you can enjoy the warm summer evenings. If you want an authentic, yet highly comfortable and modern holiday for your family (up to 10 adults), this is the perfect choice.
The villa is located at the end of the road, ensuring you a peaceful, uninterrupted stay, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The property is fenced and with electric gates with remote control.

Stayed for 1 month. Beautiful villa in a beautiful setting. Very well equipped property & very private. Amazing pool. Any maintenance issues promptly addressed.

From the description on the website we knew this was just what we were looking for and the reality was the confirmation.
Our host was great and made us feel welcome.
The accommodation was roomy and functional.
It was ideal for entertaining family and friends.
The pool is wonderful.
The location of the Villa is great if you want vista’s, peace and quiet and privacy.
The outdoor area flows well out of the house.
Mijas Pueblo is a delightful little village with a great range of restaurants and bars.
All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Villa and would be happy to return at a later date.
