About this villa rental
With beautiful views of the sea and mountains, Villa Mirador de Valtocado is located in Mijas. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 people. Two bathrooms are en-suite, two are shared, and one is in the pool area. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, satellite and cable TV. You will also find a ping-pong table at your disposal. A high chair and 2 cots are available as well.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a heated pool (heating available for an extra fee), hot tub (available for an extra fee), garden, barbecue and outdoor shower. If you wish to have the pool heated, please inform the hosts 3 days in advance.
There are 3 parking spaces available on the property and 2 in a garage. Pets are allowed. This house is located in a residential area; therefore, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Groups of young people and guests under 25 years old are not allowed. Failure to comply with these rules may result in legal action and loss of the deposit.
Beach/pool towels are provided. Electricity at this property is generated by solar energy. There are 5 cameras on the property: 1 fixed camera in the parking area (always on), 1 at the back (not working), 2 in the pool area (always off when guests are present), and 1 mobile camera on a palm tree (only activated in case of urgent signals from guests).
