Quiet condo complex with 2 parking spots. Unit is directly across from community pool. Siesta Key is minutes away via free trolly, a couple from blocks from downtown dining and nightlife. 15 minutes from Sarasota Airport. Cable, internet and utilities included. Unit is brand new and was completed renovated with new appliances furniture and linens

We loved staying at Sherry & Laurent’s condo. The location was super centric - close to everything (only a 15 min drive to the closest beach). The house was super clean and well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. it seems especially well suited for families with small children. We also appreciated the decor. The checkin & checkout process was super easy. Laurent was super responsive to questions and very helpful. We would recommend this place.

Duplex was located a few blocks east of the city of Sarasota allowing for quick and easy access to shopping, downtown, restuarants and the beach. Grounds were well kept. Inside was clean, comfortable and well decorated. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, though we did pick up a few cooking essentials to suit our own personal culinary needs.Pool was centrally located in the complex. Was clean, with comfortable chairs and friendly neighbors.Host was easy to communicate with, friendly and attentive.

Just perfect for my month’s stay. Clean, well equipped kitchen, and everything was up-to-date and comfortable in a very quiet area near downtown and a lovely pool just to across the street. Hoping I can do it again next year.
