The Pavilion building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.
The beach is also a short walk, about 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

A member of our team will meet you at the building to check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.
📌Other Things to Note
NOTES: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) you may experience noise from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Not suitable for children.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use.

Beautiful place, definitely hope to stay there next year when I'm in Puerto Vallarta. Host was very responsive, really enjoyed my stay. On top of that, the building is in a great location and has great security. Although in Puerto Vallarta you don't really need it, it's nice to know it's there.

Place is lovely. Clean, organized. Great stuff around you, beach is so close. The staff were responsive when there was no hot water due to the shower tap being opposite- the blue being hot and red being cold. All good when the maintenance guy sorted it out. Pool is amazing! There was one major issue that is not mentioned when you book. Nightclub bass was felt in the room until 5am. The area is party area, so this is, I guess part of the deal? Maybe it’s because the place was on the 2nd floor? No idea. For some this is a deal breaker?
