We were very happy with our stay here. The location is amazing. Mission Bay is a real gem. The place was very clean, modern, all amenities were as advertised. Would definitely recommend!

This condo is very clean and cute . It’s has a nice space to sit outside . The only thing I would change is to put a code on the door to get in instead of having to go to the office to grab a key !

Property itself is great - wonderful location, well equipped.
Management company is a different story - they refuse to send you check-in instructions until minutes before your actual check in time despite multiple requests. After which they did not actually send them in time and I had to call them in order to obtain the info (which is an old school key that you have to pick up in a different location btw).
Secondly, they do not provide coffee so come prepared - as an owner of several STRs, this is a basic requirement.
Lastly, their listing tells you that you have access to a local gym which is actually false, and is incorrect advertisement which they did nothing to remedy after reaching out to them.
Overall the place is great and you will not be disappointed but be prepared for a poor management company.
