Located on the south end of Longboat Key. 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. Only a 4 minute drive to St. Armands Circle and short walk to Dry Dock and Chart House Restaurants. Dedicated covered parking for one vehicle

This condo is updated, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated. It is located in the quiet and well kept Bay Harbour development with multiple public access points to beaches nearby. The owners are very responsive should a problem arise.

Our stay was amazing! It was a great property, well equipped, conveniently located on the key and very clean Don’t miss out on walking distance to Dry Dock, our new favorite restaurant. We were able to see dolphin and manatee in the inlet. The pool was great! Would book this property again in a minute!!
