About this apartment rental
Newly renovated! This is the best location in the entire area. Short walking distance to both St. Armands Circle and Lido Key! Its a 2 minute walk to the St Armands Circle and a five minute walk to the white sands of Lido Beach where you can always find your place in the sun. Very large bedroom, with a king-size bed and large closet space. New couches and furnishings. Pull out couch (queen size) in large living area can accommodate 2 more people. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated. First floor unit is easy to get in and out of, with apartment located near the pool and spa. High speed wifi. The condo complex has a large laundry room that you have access to as well! You will have your own covered parking spot so you can enjoy everything around you. Note: this unit can (and has) accommodate 4, however it is much more spacious for 2.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. The condo was very comfortable. Almost everything was newly decorated. The complex is quiet. We loved the pool and very convenient parking space. It was great to have a short walk to shops and restaurants on St Armands Circle.

The host was very attentive and clear. Very helpful. Great location right around the corner from the legendary st Armand’s circle.

Took over half hour to get lockbox open
Needs attention. Nobody to communicate with. Upon arrival, not cleaned . After had stripped beds etc and taken to laundry and cleaning bathroom and kitchen, the crew showed up. Living room and bedroom furniture needs replaced. However location cannot be beat
Also the facility, pool etc were very nice.
