The house is perfect, everyone had their own room and bathroom. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and inter coastal. The pool was cold, since it gets zero sun, so the heat is a must.

Overall, we were really pleased with our stay here. The house was beautiful, very open, and worked great for our group of 15! We loved the theater room and game room for the times the kids weren't in the pool or for stormy nights. The bedrooms were all great sizes. The additional interior safety gate for the pool was a huge plus as well keeping the littles out. The bathroom in the corner next to the pool was a really smart part of the layout!
We did have a small issue with the kitchen use: the ice maker in the fridge didnt work very frequently so we used bagged ice. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, cups, and silverware, but we did need additional cooking utencils, tupperware for leftovers or chopped fruit, and needed more large frying pans. We asked for some and they responded very quickly and brought us one. But we had 15 ppl in the house and each night someone made a meal to feed everyone, so cooking and having the tools was really important for us!
We also did have some weird issues with the light switches, would definitely recommend that they all be labeled! The light switches for the pool and porch area didn't work well so often the fans wouldn't come on, or the lights would turn off and we couldnt get them back on. Those switches also seemed to be connected to the master bedroom on the first floor and controlled their lights too. Bedroom 3 would have their ceiling light randomly turn on in the middle of the night. All minor things though, would go back!

Our family thorough enjoyed our time here. The beach is any easy walk and the nice community pool right down by the Intercostal. Beautiful sunsets to watch on the pier. Management is very easy to contact!

When you first walk in you are pleased with the set up and then immediatly notice the pool is much smaller in person
