About this house rental

Anchored In Paradise sleeps 18 across six bedrooms in Melbourne Beach, with a private pool out back, a gas grill ready to fire, and community beach access close by. Come for the sand. The main floor
- First-floor king suite with its own bathroom, quiet and close to the kitchen. Ideal for grandparents or early risers.
- Living room with a big sectional, a TV, and sliding doors straight out to the pool deck.
- Dining table that seats 8 for family dinners and late card games.
- Kitchen built for a crowd: ice maker, blender, waffle maker, Crock-Pot, air fryer, bakeware, toaster, and grilling supplies.
- A fully stocked coffee bar with drip, espresso, and Keurig-style brewing, so mornings start without a grocery run. Prefer to arrive to a full fridge? Our grocery concierge can stock the kitchen before you pull in.
Upstairs is for lingering
The upstairs loft is the second game room: a pool table, shuffleboard, a large smart TV, and a sectional so nobody stands around waiting a turn. Arcade games round it out, with arcade basketball and a classic Pac-Man cabinet.

Every bedroom has its own smart TV, and room-darkening shades help everyone sleep in. With four king suites, 7.5 bathrooms, and private bathrooms for most rooms, nobody waits in a hallway line. A full bath sits off the pool area.
Outside
The heated pool fills the yard, with loungers, a covered patio with outdoor dining, and late-afternoon light that keeps everyone in the water "just ten more minutes." Fire up the gas grill when you are ready. A basketball hoop outside burns off energy between movies. Pool heat and grill are included.
Beach day, without the rental-shop scramble
We provide beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys, beach games, and a sand buggy to haul it all. The community beach access includes a shower and bathroom facilities.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire home is yours. Self check-in with a smart lock after 4:00 PM; checkout is before 10:00 AM. After booking, you will complete our renter agreement and a quick ID check through Hospitable, our booking software. The main-floor king suite with its own bathroom is the easiest option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
HOUSE RULES
- Renter agreement and ID verification required after booking.
- Maximum 18 guests. No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Violations mean leaving without a refund, plus a $750 deep-clean fee and any damages.
- Dogs only, and please add them to your booking. Unapproved pets carry a $250 fee.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind, inside or outside ($750 cleaning fee).
- Quiet hours 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
- No glitter ($1,000 fee) or hair dye ($500 fee or more if damage occurs).
- Shower before swimming. The pool has no lifeguard; swim at your own risk.
- Pool and hot tub: 18+ only unless supervised by an adult. Not recommended for children under 5.
- Late checkout without approval is $50 per 20 minutes. No checkouts on major federal holidays.
- Please do not book Airbnb Experiences at the home.
