This spacious 12-bedroom home (crib included) features 11.5 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests. The home comes with a beautiful private pool, BBQ grill, a Tiki Bar themed Game Room, and more! Located in the prestigious Bella Vida Resort, this property is just a short 15-minute drive from the entrance to Walt Disney World, making it an ideal location for your magical getaway. The resort boasts an impressive Clubhouse featuring 2 resort-style swimming pools, a fully equipped fitness center, a game room, and more. Enjoy the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendly amenities at Bella Vida Resort!

• Parking: Driveway fits 2 vehicles, with extra guest parking available. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. IMPORTANT: Street parking is strictly prohibited. Also, do not park, block, or step on the sidewalk or any grassy areas under any circumstances. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

• We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

o 1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
o 1 paper towel in the kitchen
o 1 laundry detergent
o 1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in. Please note that washcloths are not provided, as those are considered personal items.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house.
Rules and guidelines for your comfort:
POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.
PARKING: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for 2 vehicles. Do not block or touch the sidewalk and any grass area. IMPORTANT: Street parking is strictly prohibited. Also, do not park, block, or step on the sidewalk or any grassy areas under any circumstances. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

Trailers are only permitted with prior HOA approval. Unauthorized trailers may be towed at the owner's expense.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Regarding any items left behind or packages delivered after your departure, please contact us within three days to inquire whether our cleaning staff found them. If located, you will have three days to provide a prepaid UPS shipping label (and a box or envelope, depending on the size of the item) via email so we can return your belongings. Please be aware that there will be a $30 handling fee. This fee is charged by the property management company to cover the cost of taking the package to a courier office.
Please note that if we do not receive the prepaid shipping label within the specified timeframe, the items will be discarded.

The house was the perfect size for our family. It was close to stores and parks. The furniture upstairs in the common area really needs updating and a few areas need cosmetic attention.

My experience overall was great. The house was beautifully designed each room and the house overall has so many details very thought out. The location was great. Close to everything. The property manager is very quick to respond to messages. The only negative thing I have to say is that the parking situation is bad. The house is big and we had guess driving their rental cars. There is only parking for 2 cars cause you can't park on the road and you can't block the side walk. There was an over flow parking but seems like those stayed full. We literally had to find empty houses to park at. And you need to make sure you bring wash clothes cause they don't provide any. Other than that I give the experience at the house 8 out of 10.

This property didnt live up to pictures presented on vrbo. The outside furniture was torn up and there were cigarette butts everywhere. THE INSIDE WAS VERY NICE AND CLEANBUT NEED BETTER COOKWARETHThbakwretrealisnt
