Good location. Great game rooms. Full beds should be queen bed size. Nice swimming pools but dirty. Nice hot tub, but was closed entire week.

Unable to swim in swimming pool because it was closed. Unable to get in Hot Tub because it was closed. Full size beds should be queen size beds. 12 Bedroom House Reservation Number 641 472 8439 428 Marcello Blvd, Kissimmee Concerns 1 Clean up was late, HouseKeepers reported that the last people had a late checkout. We were unable to enter the house for about 2 hours. 2 Pool was dirty. Guesting that HouseKeepers did not get a chance to clean. 3 One of the reasons that I chose this location was because of the Jacuzzi at Club House, but Jucuzzi and swimming pools were closed all week. 5 We were told that we could have 4 cars. Was not told about parking rules. We parked 4 cars in the driveway. Next day 2 cars were missing. After trying to determine what happened, we were instructed to go to the Police towing location. Cost for each car was over $213, total $426. 6 Entire Club House was closed Tuesday-Friday. 7 Because Club House was closed, we spent additional funds for family entertainment at Water Parks, and Parks, and other outings. 8 There were cracks in the kitchen counter. 9 There was tape on the Theater room chairs. 10 Water was taking a long period of time to get hot.

We like every single space of the house. The theme bedrooms are amazing. I liked that the house has 2 fridges. We have so much fun in the game room, in the loft and in the theater. Everything was like the pictures. Great communication with the host. Very comfortable.

The parking was a challenge. Only 3 vehicles fix in the driveway. The house is for many people and the parking is limited. Be aware No street Parking is allowed even when Booking says is allowed. I saw a couple of cars being towed because they were on the driveway but touching the grass, even 1 car that was touching a little bit the sidewalk was towed ,when they were taking out their groceries from their car.Pets have a fee even when Booking says it free of charge.
