Because of this, there are long-term residents living above you, often with children. Noise levels can vary — kids may be at school during the day, home on weekends, or sometimes home full-time. You may also hear barking dogs or general apartment noise from time to time.
We’ve provided a white noise machine and earplugs in the unit for your comfort.
If the noise becomes excessive and you can identify which apartment it’s coming from (for example, directly above you), please let the office know. Or I’ll contact the main office to report it on your behalf.
You may also reach out to the apartment office directly during normal business hours (7 days a week).
If the disturbance occurs at night, please visit or call the office the next day — they will follow up with the tenants and address the issue.

This place is beyond perfect for a family visiting Legoland!!! Our 6 year old son LOVED the Lego themed decor and Lego toys. He also loved the bunk beds and trundle bed. I was impressed that ALL of the beds and pillows in the apartment were incredibly comfortable. Everything was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the extra linens, pillows, and towels not to mention the full size handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all the bathrooms. The apartment complex is quiet and beautiful with a gorgeous pool and lake. We brought our dog and there was a dog park and plenty of sidewalks and grassy areas to walk her. Also: there was a Publix less than half a mile away and Legoland was practically across the street. Stephen was a lovely host and very responsive. We will stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Winter Haven! The place was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything was close by, including Publix, great restaurants, and of course Legoland, which was only about 5 minutes away.
It was also a huge plus that the apartment is pet friendly. My dogs had such a great time at the dog park located in the condominium, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our whole family.
The host was fantastic. Communication was clear, easy, and very responsive from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. The kids had an amazing time, and we would definitely stay here again!
