Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting open layout with a modern coastal feel. The living room features two large leather sofas, a 65" Smart TV with streaming apps, and a variety of books and board games (including Ticket to Ride) for family fun.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking basics, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, baking sheets, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker — everything you need to make meals at home. Dine together at the table with seating for 8.
Sleeping arrangements include:
Bedroom 1: King bed + closet + en-suite bath
Bedroom 2: King bed + dresser + ceiling fan
Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk bed + twin trundle (sleeps 4 total)

Super location to Legoland and Bok Tower Gardens! Well maintained and outfitted property. Very comfortable for our combined family trip. Would definitely recommend this host, and would like to stay again at some point.

We had a wonderful stay in Winter Haven while celebrating our daughter’s 7th birthday with a trip to LEGOLAND Florida Resort. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked upon arrival, which made settling in easy and stress-free. Check-in was seamless with the door code system, and everything was clearly communicated in advance.The home was peaceful, relaxing, and in a great location; close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to LEGOLAND Florida Resort, which was perfect for our family trip. After busy days at the park, it was nice to come back to such a quiet and welcoming space.The owner was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The check-out instructions for cleaning up and securing the property were simple and easy to follow.Overall, this was a fantastic stay and helped make our daughter’s birthday trip extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Winter Haven area.
