5 BR home with pool and outdoor fun

Our family came here to Winter Haven to visit Lego Land and ClearWater Beach. It was very spacious and in the perfect location. The kids had a ball.

Pool wasn’t marked but we found out it went to 7 feet

The property was great it was comfortable and big enough for my family. Everyone had their own room and space. My kids loved the variety of games that was stored and the fact there were pool noodles available to use. The backyard was great and spacious loved the fact that the kids could enjoy the pool and different activities right out back. Also one of the neighbors who is an older gentleman was a sweetheart he gave us some ideas of activities where we can take the kids.

The property could use more TVs inside the rest of the rooms. It needs better cleaning also there was lots of cob webs and build up with the shower heads, ice, and water dispenser.

We needed 5 bedrooms for our group so the size was great. We loved being a 5 minute drive to Legoland!!! Location was fabulous! Quiet, safe area on a dead end road. Perfect. Washer and dryer were nice and big.

Too cold to use the pool in January as expected but it looked nice. House feels like a quick flip. No dishwasher but we managed. Some Bedroom doors hung backwards putting the light switch’s behind the doors—never seen that before! Take your own shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as a cheap, low quality bare minimum was provided—but we made do. Needed some towel racks and hooks in the bathroom as there were only shelves with no place to hang up a hand towel or wet towel—never seen that before! Needed to turn the water heater hotter as we could only get WARM water with only the hot turned on. But we made do! We loved the 5 bedrooms and location!!
