About this villa rental
Delightful property close to the beach and all services with private garden in a private and quiet area. The beach and the town of Budoni can be reached on foot or by bicycle. The house renovated in the interior has air conditioning and all comforts. There are 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, 2 large verandas equipped for relaxation and a garden with a 600 m2 green lawn. Outdoor barbecue in Sardinian stone, granite table to enjoy delicious grilled food in the evening coolness.

We have had the most wonderful stay in Isabella's villetta. The property has everything one can need and is very clean and tastefully decorated. The outside area is very beautiful and looked after. The location is great, only walking distance to the beautiful Budoni beach and close to the shops and cafes in a quiet street.
Isabella is a fantastic host who went extra mile to meet and greet us late at night and provided us with essentials for the kids to have breakfast in the morning, including freshly picked cherries! She has been very helpful and responsive, one could not wish for a better host!
We would definately come again!

Isabella is a wonderful and very friendly host. She welcomed us, showed us around and explained everything. She even got us some water, coffee, and more to get started.
The house is as described and was very clean. The garden is beautiful and spacious. The beach is a 3 minute car ride or 10-15 minute walk away and beautiful too.
