Nestled on the shores of Lake Pagosa, this beautiful, cozy, Colorado dream home, is the perfect lakefront hideaway for summer vacation, family getaways and the best mountain powder in Colorado.
Sit on the deck while you view the spectacular sunsets and views of the western skies. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, this 2-bedroom home with spacious loft sleeps up to 6 guests.
As you enter the front door, you are instantly welcomed by the expansive space of this home, with the open vaulted ceilings, and breathtaking wall of windows in the living room. The natural light and unmatched views of Lake Pagosa, provides an instant, relaxing ambiance to the start of your vacation. The Great Room features a gas fireplace, large dining area, vaulted ceilings, and a fully equipped kitchen. Walk out onto the deck and take in the breathtaking views, watch shooting stars go by, and BBQ on the outdoor gas grill.
The large, master bedroom ensuite, is located on the main floor and offers a king-size bed, and an oversize soaking tub for the ultimate relaxation.
A spiral staircase leads to an oversize TV room loft with a bed and second bedroom with a queen size bed and its own bathroom.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

Great location, amazing views of the sunset and the moonset reflecting on the water! Hiked most of our time in Pagosa so didn’t get to take full advantage of all this home had to offer so we’ll just have to book again.

Nice lakefront home with views. Sadly, wifi and TV service poor. Had to close wifi on all cell phones to get limited TV reception. Internet access via cell phone incredibly slow. Additional charges to fish and use kayaks.
