The condo comfortably sleeps up to four adults and two kids, thanks to a large queen sleeper sofa. Absolutely loved our stay here. The condo had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The complimentary beach chair service is a huge plus. Being able to walk right out onto the beach made our beach days so much more enjoyable. The covered porch and stairs / landing was so helpful when needed to wash off sand and sit with our family in the evenings. Scott was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

The condo was absolutely perfect for us. We looked everywhere for a location that had true “walk-out” beach access and found it! We loved the ability to sit on the back deck and then walk right out on the beach. We took advantage of the beach chair rentals. The condo was very clean and well maintained; the kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils you could need. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets as well. This is the perfect spot for a couple or a single family to be able to get away and still be affordable right on the water! The host has great communication skills and answered any questions right away. We will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Scott was always available to answer any questions before we arrived, check in instructions were thorough and he kept in touch during our stay. There was a mechanical issue while we were there and before we could blink, he had someone there to fix the issue. I also loved how close this was to the beach. Probably about 20 steps to the boardwalk, then about 15 more steps across the bridge and then heaven. Also loved having the beach service included. I have stayed in a lot of different places in Destin over the years, and this is one place I will definitely be coming back to again.
