Located on the second floor (no elevator), this unit accommodates up to six guests (ideal for families with children) or five adults max, and includes two parking spaces.
The condo has been thoughtfully converted into a 1½-bedroom unit - offered at a lower rate than a traditional two-bedroom - while maintaining a bright and open layout.
The living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV with Cox Cable TV included, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including ample granite countertop space. A charming dining area completes the open-concept design.
The guest sleeping area includes twin bunk bed and a wardrobe, while the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, spacious dresser, closet, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view.
You’ll also find two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, cable TV, and high-speed internet. A doorbell camera is installed by the front door for added security - this is the only camera on the property.

My husband and I stayed in the condo the month of January 2026. The amenities were amazing, the location near the beach had a beautiful view, a big deck with comfy chairs and big table for outdoor dining. We watched dolphins, pelicans, ducks and even some loon’s feeding. The owner is exceptional; cannot say enough about how attentive she was. Stay here on your next beach vacation.

Honestly i thought is was super cool that there was dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, and spices. The towels were great quality too. First condo ever that I had that.

This was a great place to stay! Everything as it stated! Was not expecting the amenities of shampoo and soap. That was a nice bonus! Walk out to beach and beach chairs was a bonus!
