About this apartment rental
Feel your stress melt away the moment you open the door to Unit 2123 at Sandpiper Cove.
This beautifully remodeled condo features a spacious balcony with stunning views of Destin’s emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands. Comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze.
Located on the second floor (no elevator), this unit accommodates up to six guests (ideal for families with children) or five adults max, and includes two parking spaces.
The condo has been thoughtfully converted into a 1½-bedroom unit - offered at a lower rate than a traditional two-bedroom - while maintaining a bright and open layout.
The living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV with Cox Cable TV included, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including ample granite countertop space. A charming dining area completes the open-concept design.
The guest sleeping area includes twin bunk bed and a wardrobe, while the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, spacious dresser, closet, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view.
You’ll also find two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, cable TV, and high-speed internet. A doorbell camera is installed by the front door for added security - this is the only camera on the property.

Our stay was wonderful. We had everything we needed in our room. Myrian answered our questions quickly and even recommended a pontoon rental business. This rental is in a great location. Most everything you want to do or restaurants you want to try are within a 15 drive.

Loved how close we were to the beach!

The location of this stay was amazing. One evening we watched dolphins in the water. The private entry to the beach was great and convenient. Literally just steps away. And the thing I love about this resort is how peaceful & safe this gated resort is. The extra room with two bunk beds & its own bathroom with shower was great considering we brought our two teenage daughters with us. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Destin.
