The host was absolutely amazing. There were a few things broken; sprayer on sink and a knob on hot tub. That didn’t matter to us. The only thing off on description was the view was somewhat blocked by trees. However, you can’t stop trees from growing. The cabin was beautiful and I’d go back. The directions sent were spot on. It was easy to find and perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The following has been responded to by VRBO Smoky Mountain Chalet Rentals, However consumer be advised.Overall accommodations satisfactory. Location conducive to the National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. View off back porch lovely. I wish to share insight as to the amenities/cleanliness of the cabin. Assume it is contracted via Smoky Mountain Cabin Rentals. The facility on the surface appeared clean, however substantial dust accumulations on top of refrigerator, picture above toilet in bathroom, fire mantel. Such apparent concerns one is left to wonder what other cleanliness items have not been addressed. Back porch chairs substantial amount of spider webs. Never used due to possibilities of spiders still existing. Back porch had not been swept or cleaned.Spa was functional yet not to its full capacity. Jet air intake controls broken. Bathroom window no screen, exhaust fan is not functional. Blinds in bathroom not functional to open or close. Had to manually run fingers across the slats. Understood that limited supplies would be available for the fees paid one would ask going forward at minimum “salt & pepper” to be provided along with a box of Kleenex. Also with today’s travelers and other VRBO accommodations we have experienced some type of K -Cup auto coffee pot would be a nice addition. Additional pillows provided a nice touch, however there were no additional pillowcases. Hygiene concerns. Safety concern should be labeled, coffee pot no auto off
