Waterfront townhome, 2 miles from beaches and access to great community amenities including: 2 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, playground, grill area, and walking paths.
Updated and very clean, 2 bedroom and 1.5 baths, living room and bright and sunny sunroom overlooking lake with fountain and wildlife. Fully equipped kitchen including k-cup coffee maker, toaster oven, and air fryer. Smoke free unit that will accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably, unit includes new linens, fresh towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. Everything you will need for a comfortable beach getaway.
Unit includes, king bed in main bedroom, queen and twin beds in 2nd bedroom, and a queen pull out sofa in the private sunroom. Large bathroom with huge tub and shower, double vanity and new toilet as well as new skylight keeping everything bright. Streaming services available via Roku TVs included in living room, sun room, and both bedrooms (cable tv not offered). High speed internet included. Digital WiFi deadbolt for access to unit, and front outdoor security camera for security and safety. Outdoor patio overlooking the lake and storage closet for easy access to beach chairs and pool toys.
Guests must register at pool office and pay an amenity fee for pool and tennis court use. No trailer or boat parking allowed within the community. No pets allowed nor is any smoking permitted in the unit.

Loved the location and appreciated the updates that have been done. There are still a few areas that are tired and smell a bit musty. If we didn’t have allergies I would definitely stay here again.
