About this house rental
The Quack Shack is a cozy, end unit townhome in Mallard Lakes. 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. Sleeps 6. Master has full bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Pull out queen sleeper in living room. Equipped with packnplay and highchair. 2 outdoor community pools, tennis and volleyball. Several lakes for crabbing, fishing, kayaking. Playgrounds. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Fenwick/Ocean City beaches and grocery stores are only 5 minutes away. Sorry, no pets allowed. The no pets rule is strictly enforced by the HOA. If they find you are a renter with a pet, I will be fined $500.00. You will be responsible for the $500.00 and will need to leave immediately with no refunds.

Great location close enough to beach for spending days there but far enough away to avoid chaos. Wish VRBO was a thing when my family of five was younger. Easily would fit a family of 5. Clean, efficient and easy to communicate.

There were a lot of spiders inside the house, my son found one in his shirt in the morning, they were hanging out in the corners and found 2 behind the bed . The door between the living room and porch was off its tracks and the couch was old and uncomfortable. The house itself has a very weird smell to it.
