About this house rental
***JULY 4th NOW AVAILABLE: flexible check in and out/5 night minimum!**available June dates also with decreased nightly minimum**Located on a lake, this townhouse sleeps up to 6. The views are beautiful and is located in the quiet neighborhood of Mallard Lakes . This retreat is available year round and has all the comforts of home! The neighborhood includes 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball courts, playgrounds, shuffleboard, and lakeside views.
We are located 2 miles west of the beach and the local town of Fenwick Island. Within the town, there are great coffee shops, restaurants, and shops to check out. For those looking for a little more action, Ocean City, MD is only a couple miles away as well.
During summer, in order to utilize communal pools/courts, renter agrees to pay an additional $150 weekly amenity fee upon arrival to the community. If staying in the shoulder season, a prorated amount is available for a shorter stay.
A linen package is available at $75 per stay, please inquire for more information.
Dogs are strictly prohibited and a $500 fine as set forth by our HOA may be imposed if renters do not comply.

The property was exactly what we needed. It has a well stocked kitchen to prepare almost anything. The house was clean and everything was in good shape. The amount of places to sleep was great for a traveling family or group. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was quiet. You can have a peaceful cup of coffee in the sunroom out back watching the water fountain in the lake. The location is in great proximity to all you need and want to visit without being in the thick of it. Thanks to the host for a great stay and the great communication

We loved our night stay here. We wish we had been staying for the whole weekend so we could have hung out at this nice place longer. Was clean and the couch and beds were comfy and the sunroom was a nice place to hang out.

Julia is very quick in responding and the place is amazing. We got a chance to stay for one night and we loved the place. Julia gave super flexibility with checkin and checkout times. We will definitely look at this place next time.
