This apartment, renovated in 2024, is ideally located in the Pècles neighborhood, halfway between downtown Chamonix and Lake Gaillands, allowing you to enjoy both the many activities and the tranquility of Chamonix. You’ll enjoy being able to walk to Lac des Gaillands (500 m) and the heart of Chamonix (1 km). For guests arriving by car, you’ll have exclusive use of a parking space in the garage, as well as free parking at the foot of the residence.
To easily explore the rest of the valley, the MontBlanc Express (local train) and bus stops are just 300m from the accommodation (Moussoux). To explore the rest of the region by car, allow 30–40 minutes to Megève/St. Gervais and 1 hour 15 minutes to Geneva/ Annecy.
