About this apartment rental

Perfect view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, this apartment is ideal for one or two couples. Located between Chamonix and Les Houches, it is more convenient with a car, although the bus is 400 m away. Nearby: Chamonix centre (5 km), Brévent (4.5 km) and Bellevue (5 km). Many trails accessible on foot. Garage, sheets and towels included for a comfortable stay.

WATER HEATER READ CAREFULLY

In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.



We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.

This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.



ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.



Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.
