Perfect view of Mont-Blanc and Aiguille du Midi, this apartment is ideal for one or two couples. Located between Chamonix and Les Houches, it is more convenient with a car, although the bus is 400 m away. Nearby: Chamonix town centre (5 km), Brévent (4.5 km) and Bellevue (5 km). Many trails accessible on foot. Garage, bed linen and towels included for a comfortable stay.

In France, water heaters operate differently from those in many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank which can empty if there is heavy usage. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.
🔹 We ask you to avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning for it to refill and reheat.
This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.
⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
In France, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, you will need to reset it manually at the electrical panel.

Amazing property with crazy view of Aiguille du Midi - quiet and peaceful. Only a few minutes by car to city center. Bus an option but didn't use it.

Good - nice view.Bad - Complex parking process especially in a larger vehicle. First impression of inside - large amount of black mold on the ceiling on the bathroom (because the extractor fan didn’t work). Freezer door fell off, kitchen tap came off in your hand. Kitchen cookware pretty limited and low quality. WiFi and therefore TV didn't work. These things were minor annoyances but for the price paid I would definitely expect better.
