Welcome to our 43m2 duplex apartment located on the ground floor and laid out as follows for your utmost comfort:
- 1 Living room with double sofa bed Smart tv, Wifi
- 1 dining area with table and chairs for meals
- A fully equipped open kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, )
- 1 duplex bedroom with double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate toilet
the cleaning fee includes sheets and towels for each guest and is carried out by a professional cleaning agent
Guest Access:
Travellers will have access to the entire flat
The Neighborhood:
Very well located flat, in the heart of Paris, near the rue Etienne Marcel and at the corner of the rue Montorgueil, 5 minutes from the Grands Boulevards, 20 minutes from the Opera and 20 minutes from Beaubourg, on foot.
In this central and very lively area of Paris, you will find all your favourite shops and shops as well as many cafés and restaurants. Supermarkets are also just a few steps away from the flat.
It is also the district of all the Parisian theatres, the famous Grand Rex cinema and the famous Grévin museum
Getting Around:
Metro lines 8 and 9 Bonne Nouvelle at 149m
Metro lines 4, 8 and 9 Strasbourg-Saint-Denis at 224m

This review is for 105 Rue D’Aboukir.
The apartment we originally rented, on Clery, is on the ground floor. Bedroom and bath are up a spiral staircase that is super narrow, tight, and painted black, so very hard to navigate. If you struggle at all with stairs, it’s definitely not a good choice for you. The toilet does not seem to flush properly so there is back wash and it smells. When we turned on the electric tea pot, the breaker tripped so we had no lights or heat. Check in instructions were late coming to us so we had quite a difficult time getting in; it took over an hour after arriving to finally get into the apt.
Thankfully the property manager recognized the issues and was able to get us into a new apartment, which was very nice. Clean and spacious with great amenities. The PM was responsive, respectful and super pleasant.
The location is perfect if you want to explore and try new shops and restaurants. The street is quiet and safe.
I would stay in one of Studio Prestige’s properties again. I just recommend renters get clear instructions about checkin.
