About this house rental
Come and relax in this beautiful lakefront home, fully renovated in 2025. A large grass lawn leads down to 110’ feet of private lake access with a dock on Beaver Dam Lake. Complimentary paddleboards (2) and kayaks (2) with life vests are available for your use. A fire pit with seating and complimentary firewood decorates the lawn.
Access a BBQ gas grill right outside the kitchen on the spacious deck with host supplied gas. Craft delicious meals for your family getaway in a fully equipped kitchen; there is seating at the island for friends and family to help cook (or just watch). You’ll also find a toaster oven, blender and hand mixer. A coffee bar provides complimentary coffee and tea. Enjoy your beverage of choice on the deck off the kitchen with views of the lake. With ample dining space you have indoor and outdoor options.
The main living area is open concept with the kitchen leading to a dining area and into the living room. There is a second full size refrigerator downstairs along with a wet bar and full glassware. The living room upstairs and downstairs have a gas fireplace.
The downstairs area is great for relaxing or playing games. Puzzles and board games are available as well as a fun and challenging murder mystery box to solve. The family room has glass doors that open up to an outdoor dining area that seats 8.
There are two 70” smart televisions enabled with streaming services (use your own login) and basic cable with 85 channels including ESPN, ESPN2 and the NFL Network so you never miss a game. There is also free high speed Wi-Fi.
You have your choice of 5 bedrooms, 2 featuring king size beds, this space sleeps 14. There are 2 bathrooms with a tub/shower downstairs and a beautiful walk in shower upstairs. Toiletries are available including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is keyless entry to the front door.

Property was perfect for a large family. We loved having the firepit, pier, kayaks, and paddle board. The kitchen was huge and had everything you could need or want . Bedrooms were well equipped with extra blankets, pillows, etc. AC worked well, showers had good pressure, beds on the firm side. We appreciated the firewood the house had. It was nice not to have to run out and buy. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back

Absolutely loved this place! The house was exactly as pictured, except even cuter in person. The kitchen was the perfect place to cook while having our family all in one big space. The house is thoughtfully decorated but also stocked well with almost anything we could have needed, and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. We had 13 people in our group, between our teen and adult children, their plus ones and our dogs. We cooked, hung out, spent time indoors when it rained on day 2, and had a wonderful time enjoying everything the yard and lakefront could offer us. The kids kayaked, used the paddle boards, and made fires in the fire pit on both nights. The yard and lakefront are not done justice by the photos. The yard is incredibly spacious, longer and wider than we anticipated and simply exceeded expectations in every way. The owner was extremely responsive, and answered all of our questions before the trip. 10/10 - Would absolutely stay there again.

This was a beautiful property and a great place for a three generation gathering. We had so much fun on the water with paddle boards and kayaks, birdwatching, telling stories by the fire, and playing frisbee in the lawn. We are eager to come back sometime when we have more time to explore the world’s largest freshwater cattail marsh and the migrating birds of the Fox River valley. The house is newly renovated and it shows.
