Second to none this 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath skyhome will indulge your family with exceptional accommodations. Broad, panoramic Gulf views are accessed from the floor to ceiling windows, or out on the balcony.
A thoroughly equipped gourmet kitchen will allow your family to feel at home while enjoying the 52 inch HDTV, Blu-ray player, and iPod docking station in the living room. In the Master bedroom you will find a King sized bed, two Twins in the second, and an upgraded sleeper sofa in the living area. Nothing but the best, flat screen TVs are available in all rooms.
Guests have the heated pool and spa at the base of the tower, the beach just 100 yards away, and a great time ahead!
While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)
Per Bathroom = Toilet Paper - 2 Rolls • (1) Shampoo • (1) Body Wash • (1) Conditioner • (1) Lotion • (1) Facial Bar Soap • (1) Body Bar Soap
We do not provide beach or pool towels.
Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.
Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.
The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
