Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.
Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.
While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Carrie was quick to respond with inquiries. Condo was exactly as pictured. Check in and out was easy. Luggage carts made moving in and out simple. Elevators super fast 98% of the time. Condo and pools clean. Grounds beautiful. Kitchen was missing a few things that could have made cooking easier. No kitchen rag to wipe things down (paper towels not sufficient), no lids for the skillets. Utensils were sparse. Was happy to see stainless cookware and not nonstick coated. Balcony view was lovely Gulf view. Balcony chairs comfy and sturdy. We did have an issue one night with guests below being too loud, yelling, several guests like a party….close to midnight etc. Front desk took a long time to resolve. More than an hour. We did have an issue with our parking spot, others were unloading and took our spot more than once. Once the vehicle owner parked in our spot and was not there, we had no other spot to park on, took again about an hour for office to resolve. Could not stream to TV. Overall it was a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Just a few things didn't earn the 5 stars. The updates were lacking compared to a similar unit on the same floor, the shower door was missing and the master shades didn't work. It could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, it was a great week and nice location.
