Welcome to P1-1405 at Portofino Island Resort. This newly updated unit is the perfect location for your family vacation. Situated in Tower 1, you are close the Beach access and the Lifestyle Center.
Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.
Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.
Bedding is King, Full, sleeper sofa
As a guest of Portofino you do have full access to the Lifestyle Center which is the heart of Portofino. This is where we do have our 2 outdoor infinity pools overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound, Fitness Center, Restaurant, Indoor Heated Pool, Market and Spa.
While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)
Per Bathroom = Toilet Paper - 2 Rolls • (1) Shampoo • (1) Body Wash • (1) Conditioner • (1) Lotion • (1) Facial Bar Soap • (1) Body Bar Soap
We do not provide beach or pool towels.
Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.
Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.
The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Great views, convenience, spacious suite. AC worked great but made some unfortunate noise, and beds weren’t comfortable. Shower was uncomfortable, high pressure, with narrow streaks, and was not relaxing. Relatively noisy but seemed to calm down enough at night to sleep. Fridge could have been a bit colder.
