Coco's condo was excellent! We loved the view and access to beach. The condo was well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. We could have used directions for the TV! And some window cleaner. Otherwise, it was perfect!

The rental agent was very easy to work with. The unit itself is a very nice unit; however, as nice as most of the unit is, the bathrooms were terrible. The shower head in the master bath is totally unusable, the water only comes out in a small stream making it impossible to bathe. The second bathroom is a hazard because the water is hard to regulate the temperature and you risk either scalding yourself or taking a cold shower. In winter this is not good. We highly recommend a total renovation to both bathrooms.
