This charming 4-room terraced house, part of the "Résidence La Carquois" residence, extends across 3 levels for a total surface area of 54 m2, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The property has been partly renovated and features beautiful furnishings throughout, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. On the ground floor, the living and dining area offers a comfortable space centered around a dining table, with direct access to a 20 m2 private terrace. A kitchenette is also located on this level, fully equipped for self-catering stays. On the first upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room with WC. On the second upper floor, again reached by a spiral staircase, 2 additional bedrooms feature sloping ceilings that lend the space a charming character, each room equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on this floor.
