About this house rental

Breton house renovated in 2011 to accommodate up to 8 people in the greatest comfort. Close to beaches and shops and tourist spots (Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, St Malo, Cancale, Mont St Michel ...). Private parking for 4 to 5 vehicles. Wooded grounds of 15 ares including an orchard, a playground with all the outdoor games provided and a barbecue. The house is equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, 2-seat reclining sofa, TV and DVD player, Italian shower, wall-hung toilet). The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs with new bedding and very pleasant bedrooms for quality sleep. Tenants will find board games, books and DVDs available to them.
A welcome booklet will allow you to discover the places and the good addresses to visit.

Un séjour reposant et tonique à la fois

Nous avons séjourné 4 semaines dans cette maison et nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est très bien équipée, moderne, rien ne manque. Le jardin est immense et à fait notre bonheur et celui de nos deux chiens. Quel plaisir de pouvoir croquer une pomme tout juste tombée de l'arbre, pouvoir manger dehors, se reposer sur les transats ou le hamac, faire une partie de tennis ou jouer à la pétanque.... Sans compter une très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. De plus la maison est idéalement située pour rayonner sur les plages, les sentiers de douaniers, les monuments etc.. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille avec de jeunes enfants dans la maison. Elle est agréable, propre, très bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique bien que proche de la route. Ce serait le seul reproche mais c'est une route passante les samedi et dimanche d'août mais le reste du temps cela ne pose pas de problème. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour la maison et parfaite propre et bien decorée elle et pratique et accueillante 👍. les environs sont parfait aussi bien en vélo quand randonnée. Les plages sont magnifiques .Nous avons était accueilli avec nos 4 chiens ce qui et rare à trouver. La propriétaire et très sympathique et à l'écoute de ces convives bravo à elle 👏 Nous reconnandons cette location

Au delà de nos attentes, tant par les prestations de la maison, des équipements que de la situation géographique. La propriétaire est très aimable, tout est parfaitement clair et soigné ! Nous recommandons et y retournerons certainement. Vraiment top; nous avons même fait une détox télévisuelle malgré nous... problème de carte et de décodeur mais la propriétaire n'y est pour rien( Mais avec des enfants il y a tant d'autres choses à faire, bon a part quand le temps n'est pas de notre côté)

Kommunikation mit Frau LaBlanche sehr freundlich und professionell. Leider liess die Sauberkeit bei Übernahme sehr zu wünschen übrig da jeder Mieter selbst für die Endreinigung verantwortlich ist. Trotzdem ein wunderschönes Haus an guter Lage um die Umgebung mit Hunden zu erkunden. Durch fehlerhafte Übersetzung von FEWO-DIREKT falsche Angaben bei der Grösse/Art des Gartens und der Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer. Danke, das wir mit drei Hunden willkommen waren 🙏

Location très bien équipée et sécurisée pour les enfants en bas âge. Beaucoup d'électroménager et très appréciable quelques livres de cuisine adaptés aux spécialités du coin! petite plage proximité (il faut quand même la voiture et 15min de marche) ou l'on se croit seul au monde. Le cap est un endroit magnifique avec beaucoup de randonnées splendides ainsi que du patrimoine à visiter. Seul petit bémol la route à proximité qui est passante.

L’aménagement de la maison est impeccable, si bien que nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dès les premiers instants. La propriétaire est sans aucun doute soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Nos soirées jeux , autour d’une bouteille de cidre, avec radio “Bonheur” comme musique de fond, restent un merveilleux souvenir. Je recommande cette maison bretonne à tous ceux qui aiment se retrouver entre amis ou en famille. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain 
