The condo was great. The gym was good. The kids splash pad is awesome. The regular pool area was very underwhelming and needs to be bigger for the amount of condos. The beach chairs provided by Yvette were an awesome touch . The beach is absolutely amazing! The 9am checkout is earlier than any other rental that we’ve stayed at. Things to know before you go: there are no toiletries which I feel seems to be standard at any other rental. And there are no beach towels. We were within an easy walk to the NCAA beach volleyball courts which was the reason we were in GS . Walking to dinner was easy too!

We enjoyed the Penthouse so much. Beautiful balcony, beautiful view. Communication could not have been better. Elevator situation was not topnotch but to no fault of the owner.
