Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Pleased that we chose the Blanco for our weeklong stay in Fredericksburg. The house is lovely, well-appointed, comfortable and so conveniently located. Very much appreciate the kindness of the host.

This condo is super modern but cozy and beautifully decorated! The rooms and bathrooms are big and luxurious and the beds were so comfy! The owners really thought of every detail and had items we needed- its super close to the main attractions also! Loved the hot tub and peace and quiet of the area. We will be back! Thank you for everything!

This place is great, just would like to have local channels on the TV. We wanted to watch football, but it was not available on Samsung TV plus.
