Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

This was the perfect to get away. The property was so clean and chic and cute. The host was quick to respond with any issues. Check in and out was the easiest of any place I've ever stayed. We will for sure be staying again. I can't express enough how wonderful a time we had.

We love the place, easy check in and out.
The only suggestion would be to change the mattresses in both bedrooms, they were pretty worn out (soft and uneven). Also, there was only one bathroom towel so I would suggest to have at least 2 bathroom towels.
