Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We were routed here after the original place we chose wasn't available at the last moment. What a great place and we are so glad that we were able to share this relaxing, well-appointed setting. It was perfect for us and we loved the stay. Very quiet, relaxing, comfortable. While we hadn't chosen this place, we are so glad we were chosen for it. Thank you!

Having the best accommodations made our girls trip a success. Farm Haus was wonderfully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Arrival and departure was easy. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies. All those in our group could not quit talking about how nice and comfortable the accommodations were.

The place was very cute, new and aesthetically pleasing. Location was close to downtown and easy to get to wineries. 2 bottles of wine and some snacks were there for us on arrival which was nice. I do think it was pricey for not having a yard/fire pit area or grill. The refrigerator filter replacement light was on so we needed bottled water. We reported a leaky shower to the management since water was pouring out onto the hardwood floor. Also told them that the shower was not clean as there were long black hairs all over the shower walls on arrival. We were just told “so sorry.” It makes you question what all was cleaned between guests and why we were charged a cleaning fee.
