With a combination of contemporary and traditional decor, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has every amenity required for an extended stay or a short getaway! The fully equipped kitchen will be sure to cater to your every need! This nautical oasis accommodates up to 6 guests as the master bedroom features a king-size bed and the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds. This unit also comes with private parking and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ area equipped with grills! As you step out of the elevator, you will find the 7-mile stretch of Sugar-sand beach! The unit is conveniently located near Bowditch Point Regional Park, where you will find a tranquil boardwalk and wildlife! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy the famous pier at lively downtown Times Square, where you will find many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

This unit has all the amenities you could need and was very clean and comfortable. The gulf view from the balcony is amazing, or step directly onto the beach from the ground floor. I would definitely rent again.

My 80 year old mother and I stayed here for a "girls trip". The location and condo was perfect for the two of us. While property management was responsive, the fact that the elevator was out of commission for two days, was a major inconvenience.
