Gateway Villas 397 is a newly remodeled condo on the 3rd floor and is perfect for a family. This spacious and clean condo can accommodate 6 lovely persons quite comfortably. New wood flooring interior and bright colors invokes a wonderful seaside feel.
BEDROOM 1: Gateway Villas condo #397 features a fresh and beachy "slumber space" with a super comfy King bed . You will find a spacious closets and drawer chests for your gear in this Suite. Slider doors open to the beachfront lanai and offers tranquil sounds of the lapping surf and all that nature offers. All bed linens are provided.
BATHROOM 1: The Primary bath features glass enclosed shower, vanity and is equipped with bath towels and beach towels.
BEDROOM 2: Sleeps (4). Guest bedroom #2 has a full bed for up to 2 occupants, and 2 Twin bunk beds ideal for kids. Stack laundry located in guest closet. All bed linens are provided
BATHROOM 2: The 2nd bathroom has walk in shower, single vanity. All bath linens are provided
The lovely and bright kitchen is fully equipped with an all the appliances need on vacation. All cookware, utensils, plates and glassware to create a feast.
Open living-dining space and a screened balcony with table and chairs for enjoying breakfast coffee, afternoon happy hour or simply taking in a beautiful sunset.
Pets & Smoking are strictly prohibited.
Need something to do, r rent a couple of bikes locally and explore all that the island offers.
The island trolley is inexpensive, so hop on and enjoy yourself. During season there is also a free tram that runs from the north end of the island to the library and back.
Bike or walk to the nearby , Lynn Hall park, Times Square were there are boutique shops, food & entertainment district and so much more that is coming back to life.
Rent one of the many island charter boats, SUP, or kayaks. Take an airy Parasail ride or sign up for a guided dolphin tour by boat or waverunner.
If gaming is your interest The Bonita Springs Poker room offers one of southwest Florida's most popular poker rooms with cash games and daily tournaments. Looking for the sounds of a casino, it's an easy ride out to the Seminole Casino for Slots of Fun and games.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We just went down for a 4 night getaway and this place was perfect for us. The beach was right there and the pool was great for the kids as well. It is right down by the action but far enough away that you aren't bothered by it if you don't want to be.

We loved staying here. The unit was great, recently updated! Building is well maintained. Just a short walk to town. FMB has so much to offer, our family loves it!

Last minute change of plans had us scrambling to find a place to stay. Found this gem. Walking in the door and then opening the hurricane shutters took our breath away. The views spectacular. The rooms were tastefully decorated. Any questions were promptly answered. Will be contacting for a stay next year.
