Lovely 2nd floor beach front, Gulf view Condominium with just under 1,000 square feet of updated living space, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 6.

Freshly redecorated with ceramic tile, ceiling fans, and plantation shutters throughout.
Open concept main living area with living and dining areas overlooking the fully screened lanai balcony with a STUNNING western view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Just north of the property is Bowditch Pointe Regional Park a 17-acre park that is located at the northern tip of Estero Island. This serene location, which encompasses the entire end of the island, offers a choice of settings to fulfill your needs. The back bay offers quiet waters, peaceful surroundings and a close up look of vessels entering and exiting the bay. The park area features tables and grills, available on a first come first serve basis, in a shaded tropical setting sure to please any picnicker. The gulf front is more active while still providing a relaxed atmosphere for walkers, swimmers and sunbathers. Walking trails, through the restoration/preserve area, carry you through varied environments and offers an excellent opportunity for bird watching while being highlighted by panoramic views of Estero Bay. Bowditch Point Park is a designated Great Florida Birding Trail site.
A Saltwater Fishing License is required to saltwater fish from shore. There is no fee for Florida residents.
Take the Island's Beach Trolley street side (runs till 9pm) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, movie cinema, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and casino ships, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and travels to the Everglades!
Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twin and the Boston Red Sox. And have we mentioned golf?

Overall, the vacation spot was nice however we did run into a few snags. Upon arrival, we were halfway moved into the condo when the battery on the door lock gave out so we were locked out for several hours and had a hard time getting a hold of someone. eventually a locksmith came and let us in and we didn’t have problems after that with the door. When we told them the coffee maker was broken, they had a new one for us within hours. The dryer was also broken, which was unfortunate being on the beach and pool most days with young kids. WiFi was very spotty which made our baby monitors not work. The only other issue we had was that the room is right next to a large hotel with a very loud pool and waterfall so it was hard to hear the ocean waves, but the view was fantastic and the place was clean. I think most of our issues were one-offs.
