Come and enjoy amazing sunsets and views of the Gulf of Mexico from our double decking. Once you step out the door down an exclusive path to the sugary sands of Treasure Island you know you found paradise. Beach Haven A3 is situated in a prime low key area of Treasure Island. While you enjoy your own private beach you will find you are still within walking distance to Caddy’s on the beach . Caddy’s occasionally host outdoor concerts on the sand. Enjoy a long list of brews at Sea dog brewery , Shrimpys on the inter coastal and the world famous Kitiki Beach Bar and music venue are a short walk away as well.
Within a 5 min drive guest can enjoy a variety of shopping, water sports and dining at Johns Pass or St Pete Beach. Treasureisland offers all types of water activities including: Parasailing, boating, fishing, jet ski rentals , sunset cruises or enjoy a dolphin watch.
This Townehome is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Whole house filtration and water softening has been installed and in an effort to lessen our carbon foot print a state of the art water filtration cooler is in the unit. So there is no need to purchase bottled water during your stay.
The first level provides an open floor plan with panoramic views from the living room , kitchen and dining area. A half bath with a full washer and dryer are on the first floor as well.
The master bedroom and second bedroom on the top level exudes luxury and beachside charm. Let go of your cares while you fall asleep listening to the waves in our comfortable beds adorned with luxury linens. The master bedroom has its own bath room and shower. A full bath room and third bedroom are included on the second level.
Our spacious decks on each level provide additional outdoor space for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail. At times you can watch dolphins swimming by. After a day at the beach enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower.

This was a full month rental stay....
Parking was Hell! Unit located on a blind curve, hard to see oncoming traffic and had to back out into the sidewalk at times...watch out pedestrians and bikers.
Stairs, two hugh flights. One into the unit itself from the carport to the living room/kitchen area and another flight to the bedrooms.
The furniture throughout the unit was substandard.
Large pests on all floors. And we were required to take the trash bins to the curb, twice a week
And this was an EXPENSIVE rental, we expected better!
The Host was GREAT, however we will not be coming back here.
