30FT from the sand! Remodeled and upgraded spacious studio with 1 full bathroom and in-unit laundry. Fully furnished and stocked with kitchen essentials. One designated garage parking space.
Across from the sand. Steps from the waves, near the Ocean Beach pier and beach volleyball courts. We are pet friendly (no fee!) and located one bldg. over from dog beach parking lot. You can walk your dog to Dog Beach (the best dog park you've ever seen!). Walking distance to restaurants, bars and quirky beach shops.
This 5-unit bldg. is turnkey offering an exclusive common area for residents with a Jacuzzi, BBQ, and fire pit.... A perfect way to relax after a day at the beach!
There is no need to bring your beach items! We have a decent supply of towels and sunscreen and there is a storage room with free access to frisbees, balls, beach chairs, umbrellas, baby items, wagons, etc.
You will find people in this area are very friendly. It's a mellow, fun, safe relaxing, and, at times, breathtaking place to enjoy the sun, sand, and the ocean breeze.

It was perfect. I appreciated how thoughtful the amenities were—small details that made an impact. It was beautifully designed, spotless and its location was amazing. Easy walk to the beach, shopping and food.

Went to San Diego over Christmas and had a fabulous time at this property! Perfect location and unit had every amenity we could ask for. Steps from the beach and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Ocean Beach.
