Absolutely fantastic property and amazing hosts. Great communication and helpful with checking in when had an issue with lock. Incredible area about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There's a ton of restaurants and gift shopping nearby. Also a lot of breweries and entertainment. Would absolutely stay here again and plan on it. Close to the midway and maritime museums. Also close to old town and the ball park. Getting to la Jolla and surrounding areas is also easy and you can take the scenic drive. Can't say enough positive things about our experience over 8 nights.

This house was exactly what we were looking for and more. The hosts to ought of everything and then some when it came to amenities and treats. The proximity to beach was great and also easy walking distance to entertainment district for OB. Highly recommend this house!

We brought along our 7 month old boxer for a 3 day beach get away. Apartment is very clean and well furnished. Just a two block walk to the beach and very close and convenient walk to many coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, and convenience stores. The Ocean Beach area is very dog friendly . Erich and Taylor are very quick to respond and are fantastic hosts. The snacks and bottle of wine upon your arrival is a very nice touch!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect while we explored the area and met up with old friends. There was plenty of great dining options nearby and yet blocks from the beach. We recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love Ocean Beach; this rental is really well-equipped and perfectly located, walkable to the dog beach as well as a number of restaurants (Pazzo's pizza is pretty incredible). Erich and Taylor were responsive and all around excellent hosts, we'd love to come back soon!

The property was exactly as described - nice, clean one bedroom beachy condo close to everything. Over the week, it was no more than a 10 minute drive to visit old town San Diego, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, Boardwalk, and a 20 minute drive to Coronado Island A beautiful beach is just uo the street. Amazing restaurants in walking distance. As mentioned in the listing, it is in a flight path, but that didn’t bother us. We will definitely be back!

Look no further. We were guests for a week. The owners, we bothered a bit too much, were accommodating and always met us with a smile. Having a washer/dryer on site is always a plus! The beach wagon was a huge plus!! Filled it full with provided chairs and boogie boards then walked the city block to the beach!! Coming back!!

We loved this vacation, it had everything we needed. Our flight was coming in around noon in California and we hadn’t rented a car, but the owners arranged to have the cleaners come earlier so we could at least store our bags there - they were very accommodating and nice. The location and area were perfect - we had a great time!

My kids and I just got back from a week in OB and we had a blast! The location of this unit was perfect! You are a just a couple of blocks from the beach and a super short walk to the shopping/eating area. Close enough for short walks but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise of the night life. The hosts have beach accessories you can borrow which made the whole stay so much more enjoyable. Thanks for helping to make such a memorable vacation!

Enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay very conveniently located near dog beach and city beach. Just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We also walked to Sunset Cliffs. Erich and Taylor are great hosts and check-in/checkout are very easy. The rental is set up well with everything you need including beach chairs, towels and toys.

Everything about this place is fantastic! Close to beach, food, shops, etc. Owners provided beach chairs, toys, towels, boogie boards, wagon-everything needed for a day at the beach. The vibe of the place is great. We especially loved the record player and the records. Erich was great with communicating from beginning to end. I would highly recommend for your next San Diego trip. This spot is just a few blocks from the beach, our four and eight year old made it with no complaining. There are also many coffee shops and restaurants within a ten minute walk, target is about a 10 minute walk also. The San Diego Zoo is a 15 min drive and the Safari Park and Legoland were 30-40 min away. This was a great spot on the beach that allowed us to access all of the attractions and return for a great dinner and beach time.

We were not up to speed on the Ocean Beach vibe, but if you are looking for an old time, relaxed beach experience, this is for you. Apartment unit was well stocked. Nothing fancy, but its the beach! Parking is limited to street. Not a problem in February, but might be a little challenging during the summer season.

The communication was the owner was an absolute nightmare I had to contact vrbo to be able to commit with him and at the end he gave us the wrong code and the lady from downstairs was able to help us to get in Plus the owner didn't leave enough toilet paper or garbage bags and we had to buy our own supply

The property very comfortable and had all the needed supplies and amenities. The check in with the host was seamless. He was very responsive and friendly. The location was excellent. We walked and rode the beach cruisers everywhere. ( They were provided) We didn’t have a car but didn’t need one. We took Uber to farther distances. They also had beach towels and beach items to borrow. I highly recommend this beach bungalow.

Property is walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants. Cute place, has everything you need. Clean/well-kept apartment — and only a block from the beach. The noise from neighbors and airplanes did wake us up but not too much of a nuisance. We would stay again. Ocean Beach got some bad reviews because it isn’t glamorous like La Jolla or other areas. We found it more down to earth and low-key. There are some homeless folks that hang around the shopping/bar area but they never made us feel wary. Still saw lots of people walking at all times of the day.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very responsive to our questions. The location is great and easily walkable to the beach, shopping and dining. The neighborhood is safe and clean. I especially enjoyed mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee and some soft music. I wish we could have stayed longer.
