With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous unit. The host was easy to reach and in good communication. Our flights were canceled due to a snowstorm and we were grateful to be able to extend our stay by one night. The beds were comfortable, the showers had good water pressure and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. It’s also a great location with options for meals within a reasonable walking distance.

Great place for families with easy access to local dining spots and shopping. We loved the floor plan and the decor - we had high expectations based on the photos and everything was better in person! The host was also very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommended!!

This was a great property, perfect for our family of 8. Very clean and quaint, close to coffee shops and not far from down town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Thank you.

Spacious, convenient, and exactly what our girls’ trip needed (with one small tweak) We stayed here with a group of eight women and couldn’t have been happier overall. The house is spacious — plenty of room to hang out together or find a quiet corner — and super convenient to Charleston’s main spots. We were able to Uber everywhere easily, so parking wasn’t an issue.The rental was stocked with everything we needed, and the agency went above and beyond by providing extra toilet paper and washcloths for our larger group, which was a very welcome touch. The layout worked perfectly for both group time and nights out, and we had a fantastic weekend full of food, sightseeing, and lots of laughs.One small suggestion for future stays: the home could use more full‑length mirrors and a few bedroom dressers or surfaces for getting ready, in addition to the bathrooms. With eight women sharing the space, a few more mirrors/dressers would make hair/makeup/dressing much easier.Overall — highly recommended for groups looking for a roomy, well‑located Charleston base. We’d definitely stay again!
